Information we collect

When you submit our website audit or contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• Your name and the name of your business or church
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide it
• Your current website address, if you have one
• Whether you represent a business or a church
• Any message you include
• Your consent choices and the date and time of your submission

Free instant website check

When you use the free website check on our Audit page, we fetch the web address you enter and check that page. To measure mobile speed, the address is also sent to Google PageSpeed Insights, a Google service covered by Google's own privacy policy.

We don't save the address you enter or tie it to you. The results are kept in temporary server memory for up to 10 minutes so a repeat check is quick, then discarded. The address is only saved if you choose to send it to us through our contact form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information.

Phone calls and text messages

If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your request. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by phone at any time.

We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we store and manage your request

When you submit a form, your information is saved in a secure database hosted by our database provider, Supabase, in [DATABASE REGION, e.g. the United States], and a copy is sent to our business email inbox so we can respond quickly.

We store only the information you submit, plus a record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to and when you agreed to it. We may add internal notes about our conversations with you and the status of your request (for example, whether we've sent your audit).

Only authorized RG Refine staff can view this information. They sign in with a password to a private dashboard, and the database only allows access to approved staff accounts.

If you ask us to delete your information, we permanently delete your submission and any notes about it from our database. Copies in our email inbox are deleted as well.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate this website and deliver your messages to us, including our website hosting provider (Netlify), our database provider (Supabase), our email delivery provider (Resend), and Google PageSpeed Insights for the speed part of our free website check. They process information only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for our normal business records, generally no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] unless you become a client.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and deletion is permanent.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

This website is intended for adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
