Your domain is in your name from day one
We register your domain in your name from day one. We manage it for you while you're a client, and hand over the login whenever you ask.
30 days' notice to cancel, no long contract
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. If you cancel before the year is up, we'll calculate what you owe for the months you used at our regular monthly rate, and refund the difference. The annual discount applies to a full year's commitment.
The setup fee is non-refundable once work begins
The setup fee pays for designing and building your site, so once we've started that work, it can't be refunded.
If you leave, you take your domain, content and data with you
Along with a copy of your finished site. Nothing that's yours is held back. The tools we run for you (hosting, admin panel, lead and booking tools) end with the plan.

Do I own my website and domain?
You own your content, your images, your domain and your data, and you can take them with you at any time. You'll also get a copy of your finished site. Can I cancel?

How long does it take?
Most sites launch in about 14 days from the time we have your content (text, photos, logo). Larger sites or custom features can take longer, and we'll give you a date up front.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Every plan includes an admin panel where you can change hours, services, events, and photos, for as long as you're on a plan. If you'd rather not, send us the change and we'll handle it as part of your plan.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security updates, backups, content edits, your monthly report, and support when you need it. Starter and Foundation plans include 2 content edits a month, Growth and Growing include 4, and Complete and Established cover any reasonable request.
